The provider was on time, great with communication, answered all my questions, and explained how to care for a heat pump. He performed the work contracted, for the amount of the coupon, and there was no drama. I will definitely call this company again when I need any work done on the heat pump.

My existing system stopped working and I called AAC Heating and Cooling immediately. I explained my breathing difficulties and asked if he could come to look at my system on Monday and he was here bright and early and worked on replacing my existing unit. He did have to come back the next day because of other problems with my existing system and was here early next day and had new installed system working early in the afternoon. New system working great!!!

Removed and replaced all the flexible duct work for the centeral AC unit. The new duct work has a higher R value/more insulation surrounding the ducts. They also refilled the freon. It went great, they arrived on time and were able to finish all the work in one day. They also replaced the insulation on the pipes going outside the to condenser unit and refilled the freon so the AC worked better then every this summer.

Great service, and a great job! The blower fan motor quit on us, so no heat. I called AAC and Adem was able to come over about 3-4 hours later that day. He diagnosed the problem, and was able to get the part the next morning, and had the furnace up and running that afternoon. The price although not cheap (half of the cost was for parts, Carrier Furnace) was fair for the quality of service he provided. I’d definitely use AAC again! Thanks Adem!

He arrived on time for the appointment and they were able to come out to my home in a timely fashion. It took about an hour to complete the work. He pointed out things we could do in the future to keep our system running efficiently. He was a very nice man and did everything he needed to do and everything is working well.

My experience with them was very good. They were able to stay within the $49 Big Deal purchase price for what we hired them to do, but then, there were subsequent work that was necessary from the review they did. In the process of calibrating, they needed to make some actual adjustments which required some additional parts that we had to purchase. The guy was pretty courteous. He walked me through everything that he was doing which was nice. He told me what I needed to do as far as the part that we needed to get, gave me a quote right there on the spot, and scheduled the follow-up for the next week. So, he was very prompt and professional. I think he was on time. I do not remember his punctuality being a problem.

Check air conditioner and filled with freon and checked room vents that was cold. He was very courteous and polite to me I will use his service in the future.
